Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Temp-to-Hire) - Construction Industry

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and highly proficient in QuickBooks and construction-related accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Manage general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
Process job costing and track project budgets
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple construction projects
Work closely with project managers and external CPA as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in the construction industry is required
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
Strong knowledge of job costing, progress billing, and lien releases
Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Pay: Up to $38/hour, depending on experience
